Resource Detail:
Information and imagery are widely available online regarding 'The Big Egg Hunt'. The concept has caught fire and spread across multiple countries. I have compiled the slideshow opposite as a stimulus to inspire creative thought and discussion and would propose that it be used in the introduction of such a lesson. I have also included sample student work (above and below) with steps used in the lesson as an added support to teachers. This series of lessons offers a unique take on Easter Art with an older class. Imagery Via: https://www.facebook.com/TheBigEggHuntDublin and http://thebigegghunt.ie/ Teaching ideas:
